Why This Notice

This page describes the methods for managing the website with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

Types of Data Processed

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate these web sites acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

The Data Controller is Lanzi Trasporti S.r.l., represented by its legal representative. The list of External Data Processors is constantly updated and available at the company’s registered office. No DPO has been appointed.

  1. For the performance of the contract or in any case to provide the Services requested by the user on the portal lanzitrasporti.it:

Place of Data Processing

The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the registered and operational headquarters of Lanzi Trasporti S.r.l. and is carried out only by specifically authorized personnel; data are also processed in any place where the parties involved in the processing are located. In particular, all data relating to the website, as well as related backups, are stored on servers located in data centers within the European Union and compliant with applicable EU regulations.

It is understood that users’ personal data may be freely disclosed to third parties, such as law enforcement or other public authorities, whenever permitted by law or required by an order or measure of a competent authority. Such parties will process the data as independent data controllers.

COOKIE POLICY

1 – Types of Cookies

  1. The website www.lanzitrasporti.it uses cookies to make the user’s browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store certain information that may concern the user, their preferences, or their Internet access device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone), and are mainly used to adapt the site’s functioning to the user’s expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and storing previous choices.

2 – Technical Cookies
