The Quality Policy of our Integrated System has 4 main objectives:

  1. to always maintain a high level of satisfaction for interested parties, particularly our customers;
  2. to facilitate the participatory and sharing process among our people, especially employees and collaborators;
  3. to carry out every evaluation based on objective evidence and in compliance with current norms and regulations.
  4. to include the “policy for health and safety at work,” i.e., a policy to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses for workers and to provide safe and healthy workplaces.


The present Policy was born as a commitment of the Company Management and has evolved through the work of the entire Company, the requirements specified by the UNI EN ISO 9001 and 45001 standards, as well as the laws in force.

Certifications according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards constitute a strategic factor of competitiveness and qualification on the market, as well as evidence of the efforts made by Lanzi in pursuing the continuous satisfaction of all customers, employees, and partners.

Administrators, employees, and collaborators of Lanzi Trasporti are committed every day to pursuing company objectives through contracts for the provision of high-quality and competent services. The objectives are pursued in compliance with and through the application of an Integrated Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 Standards, as well as the criteria of sustainability and corporate ethics.

In carrying out its activities, Lanzi therefore has the task of guaranteeing:

  • an organizational company model capable of always ensuring high and adequate technical skills to be applied in the transport sector;
  • establishing every interaction with its customers and partners with the intent of creating value while simultaneously identifying present and future needs for the success of the company;
  • a high level of procedural precision and integrity of the professionals involved, by carrying out research activities or providing services always and in any case compliant with the technical requirements requested, the procedures in use, the principles of ethics and sustainability;
  • total neutrality, independence, and impartiality in judgments to guarantee maximum objectivity of evaluation, transparency, and the rejection of any undue influence or interference on company activities.


The top management wants to demonstrate leadership and commitment towards the OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) management system:

a) taking full responsibility and overall accountability for the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses, as well as for providing safe and healthy workplaces and activities;

b) ensuring that the OHS policy and objectives are established and are compatible with the strategic direction of the organization;

c) ensuring the integration of OHS system requirements into the organization’s business processes;

d) ensuring that the resources necessary to establish, implement, maintain, and improve the OHS management system are available;

e) communicating the importance of effective OHS management, and compliance with the requirements of the OHS management system;

f) ensuring that the OHS management system achieves its intended outcomes;

g) guiding and supporting people to contribute to the effectiveness of the OHS management system;

h) ensuring and promoting continuous improvement;

i) providing support to other relevant managerial roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their respective areas of responsibility;

j) developing, guiding, and promoting a culture within the organization that supports the expected outcomes of the OHS management system;

k) protecting workers from reprisals after reporting incidents, hazards, risks, and opportunities;

l) ensuring that the organization establishes and implements a process or processes for the consultation and participation of workers;

m) supporting the establishment and operation of health and safety committees.

The Integrated Quality and Safety Management System of Lanzi Trasporti is now based on a risk-based thinking approach that allows the organization to determine the factors that could generate deviations of processes from the reference Standards and to put in place preventive controls to minimize negative effects and better seize the opportunities offered by the market by anticipating trends.

The Management is committed to ensuring that this Policy is always:

  • available as documented information;
  • communicated within the organization (this document is displayed on the company bulletin board and is provided at the time of hiring);
  • understood, shared, implemented, and enacted by all its employees and collaborators and at the same time commits to sharing it with all stakeholders (e.g., it is attached to contracts with sub-carriers and cooperatives).

The management of Lanzi Trasporti operates at all levels with unity of intent and common objectives, committing to creating the conditions so that employees and collaborators are put in the best conditions to achieve the objectives set by the Quality and Occupational Safety Management System. All this allows aligning strategies, processes, and resources to achieve the objectives set by the Company.

This document has been disseminated at all levels of the organization through training meetings and display within the premises, posted on the website to ensure its understanding by all employees, collaborators, and all third parties interested in various capacities in the activities and services offered by Lanzi.
Based on the general principles set out below, measurable objectives have been defined which are monitored during periodic reviews by management, in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES

  1. Paying maximum attention to the identification and satisfaction of the needs of the interested parties, in particular employees, collaborators, and customers;
  2. Continuously improving the quality of the company’s management and services offered with the consequent generation of positive results both of an economic nature and in terms of excellence and external reputation – with full satisfaction of customers and partners;
  3. Being inspired by the principles of ethical finance in conducting economic-financial relations with stakeholders and with one’s own people;
  4. Guaranteeing the availability of professional skills always adequate to the needs of stakeholders and in any case of the reference market;
  5. Continuously improving the image of a responsible and efficient company;
  6. Guaranteeing constant action to enhance, motivate, and professionally grow people;
  7. Respecting the requirements of the Quality Management System and ensuring its continuous and effective application;
  8. Continuously revising the Quality Policy to ensure that one’s people, in particular employees and collaborators, fully understand the contents committing to implement them and that stakeholders are always informed of the evolution of the company’s reference context.
  9. The Company aims to expand and intensify its activity in the sector by broadening its operations with complementary services to transport to provide the Customer with complete goods management.
  10. Lanzi makes a great effort to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses; conditions obviously appropriate to the purpose, size, and context of the organization itself and the specific nature of the business.
  11. Understanding and becoming increasingly aware of the importance of the commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks.


THE SPECIFIC PRINCIPLES

  • Orderly growth of the Company, both from an organizational and an economic-financial point of view;
  • Provision of transport services with technologically advanced management through continuous investments in infrastructure (vehicles, software, etc.) for the continuous improvement of the service;
  • Improvement of company efficiency through the optimization of resources and management costs;
  • Respect and protection of human rights: We recommend that all employees are free to join associations of their choice peacefully and legally. No employee should suffer discrimination because of their race, color, sex, sexual preference, marital status, pregnancy, maternity or paternity, religion, political opinions, nationality, ethnic or social origin, social status, disability, age, trade union membership, and so on.
  • Behavior in the company: Lanzi considers the application and sharing of certain company behavior rules by all its collaborators fundamental, both relating to interpersonal relationships and image. Everyone is required to wear appropriate clothing for the work environment, with particular regard to those provided by the company. The use of inappropriate or low-level language is not permitted. It is preferable to avoid the use of excessive expressions, both in verbal communications and in emotional demonstrations, which do not respect the working atmosphere. It is strictly forbidden to address a colleague in an offensive, threatening, insulting, immoral, or otherwise insensitive manner to the subject in question, offending the dignity of the person and the company image. All subjects who work with Lanzi therefore undertake to maintain relationships with each other and with external parties based on respect and mutual availability, kindness, courtesy, and good manners.
